Shipping Origins & Multiple Shipments

We are an international company and operate from multiple fulfillment locations, including Manila, New York City, and Madrid. Depending on product availability and logistics, your order may be shipped from one or more of these locations.

In some cases, this means that your order may arrive in multiple packages and/or deliveries may occur on different dates. Please note that this is done to ensure faster and more efficient delivery of your items.

Customs, Duties & Returned Shipments

By placing an order, you agree to provide any information requested by the shipping carrier or customs authorities and pay any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees, should they apply. If a shipment is held, delayed, or returned due to failure to provide required information, failure to pay duties/taxes, failure to respond to the carrier, or incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
