Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be in love with your new VIAJECITO. If you are not happy with your purchase, send it back!
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject head:
[Order #][Return / Exchange]
Please give a brief description of why your would like to return or exchange the product and our team will try to get back to you within 48 hours.
Orders can be returned within 15 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 5-10 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
VIAJECITO is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
We currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING
We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
Processing & Refunds
Please allow 5-10 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!
We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
SALE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale" are considered final and cannot be returned once purchased. Shopviajecito.com does not accept returns for third-party retailers.
